MOVING OUT OF THE CRISIS:
HOUSING WORKSHOP
NEW DATE: January 20, 2024 @ 10:30am | New Hampshire Institute of Politics
With a housing deficit of over 23,500 units and a vacancy rate of less than 1%, the Granite State is grappling with a significant shortage of housing. And the deficit is only projected to grow, reaching a housing shortfall of 90,000 units by 2040. This scarcity is not only a concern for homeowners and renters, but also for business owners and the broader community.
The 2024 legislative session will see abundant housing-related legislation covering solutions like parking requirements, zoning, and more. As an elected official you will play an important role in tackling the housing crisis.
Join us on January 20, 2024 from 10:30am - 12:30pm for an interactive workshop led by former NH State Rep. Ivy Vann at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics.
