Sign our letter to the Ballot Law Commission urging them to approve new ballot counting devices for New Hampshire elections:

Members of the Ballot Law Commission,

Since 2019, this Commission and the Secretary of State’s office have been in the process of researching, testing and approving new ballot counting devices for use in New Hampshire. With the crucially important 2024 Presidential election rapidly approaching, cities and towns urgently need new ballot counting devices approved to replace the rapidly aging AccuVote devices currently in use and to ensure well-run elections for the coming years.

Granite Staters have confidence in our elections and election officials. Updated ballot counting devices are key to maintaining that confidence by providing voters and election officials alike with the tools necessary for a smooth election day.

Free and fair elections are the bedrock of our democracy. Please approve a new ballot counting device before the end of 2023 to ensure towns can utilize those devices for the 2024 General Election.
