Leadership Development

We make stepping up to serve more accessible and less intimidating for people under the age of 50.

Today, the conditions for young people to buy a home, find childcare, juggle educational needs for kids, or live within access to healthcare are entirely different than the generations before us.  When the average age of elected officials in New Hampshire is over 65, the most pressing issues facing adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, are not being accurately represented in policy decisions. The political process is out of reach for many, especially young people who are pulled in many directions between prioritizing their careers, families, living expenses, education, and more.

The challenges of today, and of tomorrow, require a diverse and representative democracy.
